The Clayton Dabney Foundation for Kids with Cancer sends a very special thank you to all those who have donated their time and money to the needs of the Foundation. We depend solely on the generosity of the community to further our efforts to continue helping create everlasting memories for needy families with children in the last stages of terminal cancer.

Clayton's Wings
Join Clayton's Wings, our exclusive donors group. You may contribute in levels of $1,000; $1,500; $2,500; $5,000; $10,000; or $15,000 that will ensure the Foundation is able to continue providing everlasting memories to families with terminally ill children.
Honorarium
Send a donation honoring a friend or family member on a holiday or special occasion. A notification will be sent by CDF to the honoree.
Memorial
Send a donation as a memorial gift for a loved one or dear friend. The family will then be notified of your generosity by CDF.
